These Terms of Use govern your use of the Teleprompter For Video • Pro mobile application (the “Application”), developed by AI Teleprompter Labs (the “Service Provider”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This Application is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Application.

Modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Application.

Use the Application in a manner that violates laws or third-party rights.

Use or export the Application in violation of international export laws (including U.S. export controls).

All rights not expressly granted remain with the Service Provider or its licensors. This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these terms.

2. Data and Privacy

The Application processes personal and technical data to provide its services. This includes anonymized device and usage data, used solely to enhance performance. We respect your privacy and process data according to our [Privacy Policy].

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Ensuring your device has sufficient battery and functionality to operate the Application.

4. Connectivity and Charges

Some Application features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not liable for poor performance due to connectivity issues.

If you use the Application over a mobile network, standard data charges may apply, including roaming fees. You are responsible for these costs.

5. Updates and Termination

We may release updates that you must install to continue using the Application. Updates may change or improve features and compatibility.

We reserve the right to discontinue or restrict access to the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, your license ends, and you must delete the Application from your devices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

The features will meet your specific expectations or requirements.

Use of the Application is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability exceeding $50, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, features, code, and intellectual property in the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider or its licensors. Your use of the Application does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

9. Export Control

You agree not to use or export the Application in violation of applicable international or local laws, including U.S. export control laws. You may not use the Application if you are located in a sanctioned country or are on a restricted party list.

10. Governing Law

These Terms (including the EULA) are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the Application or on our official channels. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
